Our delivery charges are subject to change at any time, without prior notice to you, so please check the FAQs for the most up-to-date information. You will see the applicable delivery charges in your cart when you check out.
Where it accepts your order, We will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification elect whether or not to cancel your order for the Goods. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price.
JVR IT Solutions Pty Ltd obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. JVR IT Solutions Pty Ltd is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product, after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
All delivery will happen when full payment have been received. You can use the Following systems:

· Pay Fast
· Direct EFT in our Bank Account
Please take note that if you EFT into our Bank Account Money must reflect first before delivery no Proof of payment will be allowed.
Change my delivery address
We unfortunately can’t make changes to your delivery address once payment has been received and you have received your Payment Confirmation email
JVR IT Solutions Pty Ltd offers 2 convenient methods of delivery:
Courier - We deliver directly to your home or office, anywhere in South Africa. All delivery and tracking details are supplied to you at checkout;
Collect - You can choose to collect from a JVR IT Solutions Pty Ltd Business Property Pickup Point That will be supplied to you.
All Orders will Take 5 – 7 Working days for delivery.
We do not ship internationally, but arraignments can be made and the shipping and taxes will be on the consumer or customer that purchase the product. Pre arraignments must be made first, you can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
If a product is missing from a shipment please Contact us on 087 700 5800 or email@example.com and we will sort it out.
How to track my order
